Exchange Policy

  • Available only for domestic orders placed on our official website.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Exchanges cannot be requested for color differences, fabric variations, or quality issues.
  • Only one size exchange per order is allowed; if the requested size is unavailable, another product may be offered.

Exchange Process

  • Requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
  • A nominal exchange fee applies per order.
  • Items must be sent back using a reputable courier.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, the new size will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
  • The store reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, listing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
